白玉县赠曲河、偶曲河水电规划(Zengqu Ouqu Rivers Hydroelectric Planning)

 

 

赠曲河、偶曲河两条河均位于甘孜州白玉县境内,为金沙江上游左岸一级支流,两河共计长约322km,流域面积约8400km2。其中赠曲河布置48个梯级,规划长度约142km,总落差893m,总装机512MW,年发电量23.3亿kw.h;偶曲河布置15个梯级,规划长度为67.6km,总落差545m,总装机134MW,年发电量6.19亿kw.h

两河流兼具有高寒、高海拔及典型山区河流特性,同时它又受矿产资源开发、草原生态保护、宗教寺庙等自然、社会环境因素的综合交叉影响。受华电和政府委托,我公司依据流域的相关特性,采用规划河段与梯级布置河段分别论证,梯级布置分段拟定并综合分析的清晰思路,成为评审专家一致认可的规划成果的突出亮点。

 

Both the Zengqu and Ouqu Rivers are located in Baiyu county of Ganzi, Sichuan Province. They are both primary tributaries at the left bank of upper stretches of the Jinsha River, a total length of 322 km, the total river basin area is 8,400 km2.There are eight stages in Zengqu Hydroelectric Project out of which four reservoirs in it, the planned length is 142 km, the natural fall is 893 m, and the estimated total installed capacity is 512 MW, with an annual energy of 2.33 TW.h; There are five stages in Ouqu HEP out of which one reservoir in it, the planned length is 67.6 km, the natural fall is 545m, it will have a installed capacity of 134 MW, an annual energy of 619 GW.h.

Both of the rivers have characteristics of high and cold, high altitude and typical of mountainous area. In addition, they are influenced by the natural and social environmental factors such as mineral resources development, grassland ecological protection, and religious of Buddism temples. China Huadian Corporation and the governments of Baiyu and Ganzi, engaged HCEC to carry out the planning. We adopted the way of making a clear thinking of river planning, comprehensive analysis after the schemes arrangement in different alignment stretches of the river, respectively research the planning stretches and in which of the proposed reaches for the hydropower development, based on the different relative conditions of the basin river reaches .The results of the study have become the highlights of the river planning recognized by the assessment experts.
