庆大河水电规划(Qingda River Hydroelectric Planning)

 

 

庆大河流经四川省甘孜州的道孚县和雅江县,为雅砻江中游一级支流,流域面积1848km2,河流长约130km。干流规划一库两级,规划长度46.5km,总落差534m,年发电量7.57亿kw.h,总装机规模189MW。鲜水河大断裂带从本流域上游穿过,干流龙头水库梯级坝址距主干断裂约18km。水电规划的梯级布置受制于恶劣的地质条件,特别是龙头水库梯级的坝址选择成为规划的难点。我公司深入扎实的现场工作成果为非常规的龙头水库坝址选择奠定了坚实基础,通过审查专家的激烈争执与业主单位的多年反复“挑剔”,始终均为最佳坝址条件与梯级布置方案。

 

The Qingda River flows through DaoFu and Yajiang counties of Ganzi, Sichuan Province. It is one of the major tributaries of the Yalong River midstream, and the whole river basin area is 1,848 km2, it has a total river length of 130 km. There will be two stages hydropower stations including one reservoir on the main stretch, the planning length is 46.5 km, natural fall is 534 m, and the estimated total annual energy is 757 GW.h, the proposed installed capacity is 189 MW. The Xianshuihe Fault Zone passes through this basin upstream, and the dam site of key reservoir in this river is about 18 km far from the main fault zone. The cascade arrangement of hydroelectric planning was restricted to the bad geological conditions; particularly the dam site selection of the key reservoir scheme challenges the planning work. The solid field work results that we’ve prepared and presented, lays a strong foundation for the selection of the dam site to a non-conventional leading reservoir. It is still regarded as the best dam site and cascade arrangement plan passed through the furious discussion by the assessment experts and repeat “nitpicked” for many years by the Owner.
