清江河位于四川省广元市的青川县和剑阁县境内，为嘉陵江的二级支流，全流域面积2873km2，河流全长204km。是集河道整治、防洪、灌溉、供水、引水发电和生态环境治理于一体的流域综合规划。本流域有公路铁路交通穿插，工业园区与城镇供水，防洪治理、农田灌溉等多项综合用水需求，还有“5.12”地震产生堰塞治理及地震遗址建筑的复杂组合，我公司凭借自身强大的综合规划实力，完成了本流域多项规划。
The Qingjiang river is located in Qingchuan and Jiange counties of Guangyuan city, Sichuan Province, it is one of the secondary tributaries of Jialing river, the river basin area is 2,873 km2, has a total river length of 204 km. It is a multipurpose river basin comprehensive planning with river regulation, flood control, irrigation, water supply, water diversion for power generation and control of ecological environment. There are highways and railways passing through the river basin, and many comprehensive water consumptions such as water supply for industrial park, flood control and farmland irrigation, as well as the management of the dammed lakes caused by “May 12, 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake ” and the earthquake monument structures. HCEC has completed a few of planning with this basin based on our strong comprehensive planning strength.
