东谷河位于甘孜州丹巴县境内，为大渡河右岸一级支流，流域面积约1840km2.调整规划将东谷河干流下段原规划的两级调整为一级。规划长度为14.1km，总落差178m，一级开发，调整后装机规模90MW，年发电量达4.2亿kw.h。调整规划河段涉及丹巴古碉群、丹巴县城河段减水等环境敏感因素，区内发育的丹巴滑坡、科里沟泥石流沟等地质灾害体。我公司从区域全局出发，合理协调区内环境、地质、社会人文等复杂因素与水能资源开发的关系，实现了河段水电的调整规划。
The Donggu river is located in Danba county of Ganzi, Sichuan Province, it is one of the major primary tributaries at the right bank of the Dadu River, the river basin area is 1840 km2.The two stages and as cascade developments of the downstream Donggu river stretch originally planned is adjusted to one stage, the planning river length is 14.1 km, natural fall is 178 m. It is proposed be developed in one stage in the form of a cascade development, has a total installed capacity of 90 MW and an annual energy of 420 GW.h .The adjustment and planning of the river reach to be involved Danba ancient watchtower groups, reducing reach in Danba county seat and other environment sensitive factors, Danba landslide, Keli Ditch debris flow and other geological disaster bodies are developed in this area. Considering of the overall situation, we have completed the hydropower adjustment and planning in these reaches by reasonably coordinating the relationship between the environment, geology, society, humanity and other complex factors and the factors of water resources.
