崇州西河水闸位于四川省崇州市城边西河上，设19孔水闸，过闸流量3500m³/s、壅水高度3m，桥长325m ，于2005年9月建成运行。是集河道治理、引水发电及休闲旅游景观等为一体的综合水利工程，建成后命名为“风雨廊桥”，已成为崇州城西河上一道亮丽的风景线。

Chongzhou Xihe Sluice Project is located on the Xihe River Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province, with 19 lock chambers, it has a designed maximum sluicing discharge of 3,500 m³/s, a backwater height of 3 m, and a crest bridge length of 325 m, and it was constructed and dedicated in September 2005. It is a comprehensive water conservancy project integrated with river renovation, hydropower generation, leisure and tourism landscaping. It was named “Wind-Rain Covered Bridge” after its completion, and has become beautiful scenery on the Xihe River of Chongzhou City.
