该工程位于四川省甘孜州德格县的温拖乡定曲河流域，雅砻江左右岸。该灌区为德格县主要“粮仓”，温拖水利工程以农业灌溉为主，可解决当地农牧民生产、生活用水问题。项目实施后，它可以大幅提高农作物产量，带动农业产业发展。设计渠道总长51.4km，总灌面约1.77万亩，同时可解决灌区内4115人饮水及1.93万头牲畜用水。

Wentuo Irrigation Area Water Conservancy Project is located at the Diqu River Basin in Wentuo Township Dege County of Ganzi, Sichuan Province, the Diqu River is located at the right bank of the Yalong River. Wentuo irrigation area is the main granary of Dege County, this project mainly supplies for agricultural irrigation, the production and domestic water consumption for local farmers and herdsmen. After its implementation, it is proposed increasing greatly the crop yield, and promoting the industrial development of agriculture. The total length of the designed channel is 51.4 km, total irrigation area is 1,180 ha, and it supplies drinking water for 4,115 persons and applies 19,300 domestic animals water consumption in the irrigation area.
