蔡阳水电站位于四川省甘孜州泸定县燕子沟，采用引水式开发，引水线路长7.5km，最大闸高6.3m，水库库容约12.6万m³，利用水头544.4m，装机容量70MW。该电站建于泥石流暴发期河流，引水线路与调压室更有鲜水河大断裂的磨西断裂穿过等复杂地质的灾害的影响。

Caiyang Hydroelectric Project is located on the Yanzigou river in Ludin county, Ganzi, Sichuan Province, it is proposed be developed as a diversion type scheme in the form of a cascade development, have a diversion tunnel length of 7.5 km, a dam with a maximum height of 6.3 m, with a total reservoir storage capacity of 126,000 m³, a gross head of 544.4 m, a installed capacity of 70 MW. It will be built on the active debris flow river in outbreak period, its diversion tunnel and surge tank are estimated be influenced by the complex geological disaster of Moxi Fault Zone in Xianshuihe Fault Zone.
