大览村水电站位于道孚县瓦日乡境内的鲜水河上，为鲜水河炉霍、道孚干流河段“一库八级”方案的第六个梯级，为孟拖水电站上游一个梯级。电站采用堤坝式开发，河床式厂房。电站坝址控制流域面积15177km²，采用混凝土重力坝挡水，最大坝高55m，总库容1804万m³，利用落差45.7m，装机容量90MW。该电站与上游关门梁水库联合运行时，年利用小时数4565h，枯期平均出力16.60MW，年发电量可达4.11亿kw.h。

Dalancun Hydroelectric Project is located on the Xianshui River in DaoFu county of Ganzi, Sichuan Province. It is the sixth scheme of "one reservoir of eight stages” as cascade developments at the main stretch of the Xianshui River between the counties of Luhuo and Daofu, and the upper scheme followed by Mengtuo Hydropower Station. It will be a dam-type power station and with a type of the powerhouse in river channel. The catchment area at the dam site is 15,177 km², it has a concrete gravity dam with a maximum dam height of 55m and the dam impounds reservoir with a total storage capacity of 18.04 million m³, the gross head is 45.7 m, and the installed capacity is 90 MW. When it is in co-operation with the upstream Guanmenliang reservoir, it will have an annual operation hours of 4,565 h, with an average dry season power of 16.40 MW and an annual energy of 411 GW.h.
